Linköping confirms interest in Ludlow

Linköping FC's sport director Bengt Ekholm confirms that the club is interested in Arsenal's Jayne Ludlow and tells local paper Corren that the club will get in touch with her within short. The paper also talks to Wales' national team coach Andy Beattie, who is convinced Jayne will be one of the best midfielders in the league if she moves to Sweden. He says she's a strong, hardworking player but adds that he would be surprised if she decided to leave London. He then asked the journalist "Do you think there is any money involved?" and answered that there most certainly would be money involved, Beattie added "Okey, that does make it more interesting".
Corren:
”Ludlow skulle göra succé i allsvenskan”

Yes, I know, not much substance here. But this time of the year, idle speculation is often all there is.
