In spite of a big advantage throughout the whole game they didn't manage to score until the last minutes. Själevad played a smart and well organized defense with a brilliant Magdalena Åstrand in goal. When Själevad midfielder Kicki Arnlöf recieved her second yellow in the 81st minute and had to leave the pitch, Djurgården intensified their pressure and finally managed to score. Själevad's coach Yngve Persson was very satisfied with his players; "They followed the tactical plans to 100 %", and thinks it looks good for future matches. Djurgården's goalscorer Sara Johansson said the win was very important for the team's selfconfidence, but they have to do better than this if they're going to win the next match, against Malmö FF.
On a side note, Jane Törnqvist started for Djurgården/Älvsjö, which, as I understand the German transfer rules, makes the rumoured transfer to Turbine Potsdam impossible this season.
