1st division side Holmalund proved to be the much better side in the beginning of the match and even if Göteborg, showing up without their Algarve Cup players, got the second half winner, they made a rather pale effort.

Mostly Umeå in a sunny but windy match. Lise Klaveness proved excellent in an Anne Mäkinen position at the defensive midfield. A good defense and a hard working midfield for Sunnanå kept the score even the first two thirds of the match.
A goalless draw that surprisingly didn't seem to leave any of the team's coaches disappointed. Hammarby tried out this year's American import, defender Caitlin Fisher (former Harvard and Boston Renegades). Örebro's coach Pia Sundhage declared herself pleases with the defense, but the team needs to work a lot on finishing.Umeå: Sofia Lundgren - Anna Paulson, Karolina Westberg, Johanna Frisk, Maria Bergqvist (69 Emma Berglund) - Lise Klaveness, Malin Moström, Elaine (81 Hanna Folkesson)- Anna Sjöström, Marta, June Pedersen (62 Erika Karlsson)

Goals: 1-0 Josefine Öqvist, 1-1 Minna Mustonen, 2-1 Maria Aronsson
Linköping showed up with what must be close to their first eleven. They played an aggressive game with good pace in the first half and Josefine Öqvist scored a trademark goal, running through Bälinge's defense line to convert a cross from the left side. Bälinge played deep defense and had dangerous counters, which paid off when Minna Mustonen scored an equaliser in the second half. Maria Aronsson got the winner late in the match assisted by Caroline Seger.

Falköping - QBIK 0-7 (0-4)
Goals: 0-1 Maureen Mmadu, 0-2 Anna Nilsson, 0-3 Anna Nilsson, 0-4 Anna Nilsson, in the second half two goals by Maureen Mmadu and one by Jennifer Meier.
QBIK's last match before going to camp in Turkey showed a lot of promise: pace, movement and above all goals. The match went so good, that coach Kjell Pettersson found it neccesary to point out that you don't get any points for winning training matches.

Värmlands Folkblad: Glödhett Qbik vann med 7 - 0
Team Strömmen - Mallbacken 2-0 (1-0)
A passive and disorganised Mallbacken gave Norway's league runners-up Team Strömmen the upper hand from start. Even if Mallbacken eventually got their game together, it wasn't enough to avoid defeat.
