Bälinge wants to resign Kacey White - if she gets rejected by USA
Bälinge's Kacey White will play her last match for Bälinge this season on Sunday, before going to Korea to play for USA in the Peace Cup. Bälinge's chairman Conny Sjöberg is happy for Kacey, but says he is eager to offer her a 2007 contract if she doesn't get one with the USA national team. He also wants to keep finnish forward Minna Mustonen, but the team's other foreign players (Fanta Cooper, Julianne Sitch and Heidi Matinlassi) are not in his first team plans for 2007.
A player that is in his plans for 2007 is Umeå's young defender Johanna Frisk, until last year a Bälinge player. Johanna says that Bälinge at the top of the list if she moves from Umeå. She says her year in Umeå has been very rewarding and helped her develop a lot, but she really would like more playing-time.
