Umeå's Bergkvist misses season finish with knee injury
Umeå and national team full back Maria Bergkvist will miss out on the rest of the Damallsvenskan season. She's had knee surgery following an in jury she got training for Sweden's World Cup qualifier against Czech republic. The surgeon removed a minor part of the meniskus in her right knee. With successfull rehabilitation she could be back for the Swedish Cup final and the UEFA Women's Cup semifinals in November.
