Umeå signs China's Ma Xiaoxu
"Ma is a world class player and already an established name in China", says manager Roland Arnqvist, who just as head coach Andrée Jeglertz is thrilled by getting Ma's signature. "She is a fantastic player with phenomenal speed and technique", says Jeglertz who is excited to see her together with Umeå's other forwards, "where there already is a bit of speed and technique."
The contract is from February 20 until August 20 with an option for Ma to return for the last Damallsvenskan matches and the UEFA Women's Cup matches after the World Cup.
