Anne Mäkinen tells Västerbottenskuriren in an interview that she has made up her mind to play for AIK next season. Mäkinen is studying naprapathy in Stockholm and the two hours a day commute from Uppsala has been behind her decision: "It's been tiring to commute. I will move [to Stockholm] to get more time for both training and studies."
There is no confirmation from AIK on this news.

AIK's Nazanin Vaseghpanah and Kif Örebro's Hodan Siid-Ahmed has signed one year contracts for Hammarby. Vaseghpanah, who I've seen just as much as an AIK fan as an AIK player, says that she after 5 years in AIK needs a new spark and believes she can get that in Hammarby. Hodan Siid-Ahmed played for Hammarby 2003-2004 and together with Vaseghpanah in AIK 2005 before moving to Örebro. Both the young midfielders (20 and 23 years old respectively) have experience from the younger Swedish national teams.

Out-of-contract Icelandic national team midfielder Erla Arnadottir is currently training with Sunnanå SK. She is in talks with the club, as well as with Kristianstads DFF as I have reported here earlier, but Sunnanå's Sören Gustafsson says that it is not yet decided if she will be offered a contract. "At the moment we have proposals to Hanna Marklund, Rebecca Smith and Carina Holmberg" and the club is also in talks with Bälinge's Emma Lindqvist as well as a group of younger players from northern clubs: Matilda Forslund (Umeå Södra), Sandra Fält (Morön), and Lena Blomqvist (Alvik).
