Göteborg and Umeå escaped the current Swedish snow-storm and met in spring-like weather in southern Turkey. After a fairly equal first half, Umeå showed much more gusto in the second. A tight match was decided by Fortuna's Australian leftsider Heater Garriock, who both started and finished the attack that gave the hosts the only goal.
